The Colour Of My Love
Céline Dion's hugely successful third English album from 1993. The pop masterpiece features timeless emotional ballads and powerful vocals on hits like "The Power Of Love" and "Think Twice".
Released in late 1993 under the auspices of Columbia and Epic Records, the album The Colour Of My Love represents one of the most important and best-selling achievements in the rich career of Canadian music diva Céline Dion. This CD release solidified her status as the leading global pop star and vocal icon of the 1990s, achieving multi-million sales and reaching the very top of the world's music charts.
The album brings a superbly produced collection of lush love ballads and dynamic pop songs. The central trump cards of the release are the anthological songs that marked the decade: the planetary megahit and cover of "The Power Of Love", the emotionally powerful "Think Twice" and the touching duet with Peabo Bryson in the song "When I Fall In Love" (known from the film Sleepless in Seattle). The impeccable and smooth production is signed by a team of top producers led by David Foster, Ricco Wake, Guy Roche and Walter Afanasieff.
Presenting Celine Dion at a moment of complete vocal dominance and interpretive maturity, The Colour Of My Love is an essential CD for all collectors of quality 90s pop and fans of timeless love classics.
