Izgrađivati zrelu osobnost za plodne međuljudske odnose
The collection, edited by Dr. Josip Bošnjaković, brings together interdisciplinary works on the psychological and spiritual maturation of the individual and the building of quality, healthy, and fruitful interpersonal relationships.
The collection of papers Building a Mature Personality for Fruitful Interpersonal Relations (KBF in Đakovo, 2014), edited by Dr. sc. Josip Bošnjaković, emerged from the international scientific symposium of the same name held in Đakovo. This edition brings together experts from the fields of psychology, psychotherapy, theology, pedagogy and sociology with the aim of providing a comprehensive view of the human personality and its relational possibilities. The thematic units of the collection explore what constitutes a mature personality and how individual emotional and spiritual maturity affects the quality of family, church and wider social relationships. In their works, the authors analyze the mechanisms of coping with stress and trauma, the importance of empathy, forgiveness and communication skills, as well as the role of faith in the process of personal growth. Special attention is paid to the challenges of growing up in modern society and providing support to people in crisis. Providing a combination of scientific and theoretical insights and practical guidelines for working with people, the collection is a valuable resource for theologians, psychologists, pedagogues, pastoral workers, and all those involved in education and counseling.
