Zagor LU #140: Vatra s neba

Vatra s neba begins with an event that shatters Darkwood’s routine: a fiery streak crosses the sky, and an unidentified object crashes into the forest, starting a blaze. Zagor soon discovers that this is no ordinary meteorite. A danger from space has arrived, demanding a response beyond familiar methods of fighting.

Death and destruction turn the investigation of the crash site into a search for a threat whose nature remains uncertain. Unknown technology and an adversary beyond human experience test Zagor’s resourcefulness. Protecting the forest’s inhabitants requires more than courage: he must understand the danger before it strikes again.

Moreno Burattini combines wilderness adventure with science fiction and horror. Darkwood becomes the meeting point of radically different worlds, while the imbalance between the hero’s weapons and the visitor’s capabilities sustains the tension. Investigation, uncertainty and survival shape the story’s momentum.

Alessandro Chiarolla illustrates the forest setting, the devastation and the encounter with the unknown. This issue opens a two-part adventure concluded in Ludens #141, Prijetnja iz svemira.
