Život poslije života: Istraživanje fenomena "tik do smrti"

Život poslije života: Istraživanje fenomena "tik do smrti"

Raymond A. Moody

Raymond A. Moody, doctor of philosophy and doctor of medicine, in the book "Life after life" investigates more than a hundred cases of people who experienced "clinical death", after which they were brought back to life.

In this book, the author recounts the testimonies of those who went "to the other side" and returned. This classic work on the study of life after death, first published in 1975, started a revolution in widespread attitudes about life after life, and Dr. Moody has become the world's foremost authority on near-death experiences.

"The research presented in this book by Dr. Moody brings a little more light to what we have been told for 2000 years that life does not end with death... I think that our society is now in a transition period. We should have the courage to admit that today's scientific methods are unsuitable for many of these studies and start a new path. This book will show people with an open mind that path and encourage them..."

Dr. Antun Vitturi, also a psychiatrist and psychotherapist, in his extensive afterword, in addition to presenting the historical development of research in this area, critically reviews Moody's approach to this topic, and presents some of his views and experiences in the treatment of incurable patients. In the end, Dr. Vitturi says: "Life and death are dialectically dependent on each other. Living more fully with greater awareness helps us to accept death more easily. And an open attitude towards death allows us to live life more fully."
