Sudsko izvršno pravo: opći dio

Sudsko izvršno pravo: opći dio

Siniša Triva, Velimir Belajec, Mihajlo Dika

The book deals with the general part of enforcement law, i.e. the rules and principles that apply in court proceedings for the forced collection of claims (enforcement), as well as in securing claims.

Triva's work was one of the first comprehensive systematizations of enforcement law in this region, clearly delineating the theoretical framework and practical guidelines for judicial application. Despite changes in legislation after the collapse of the SFRY, the book still has historical, theoretical and comparative legal value, especially in understanding the development of the legal system in the field of compulsory enforcement.
