Očev grijeh
The novel depicts the life and suffering of a young girl.
A father, after a financial collapse, can no longer stand on his own two feet. Having lost his wife very early, he is left with a daughter to care for, for whom he can barely find the means to cover the costs of her stay in boarding school and her education. Realizing that he will no longer be able to honestly earn even the most modest means for his daughter and himself, he stumbles and embarks on the path of evil. He becomes a gambler who cheats at cards. But since it is a romance novel, the girl falls in love and that is where the intrigue begins.
