A rare comic book edition from the popular Ex-Almanac series features original footage of Bruce Lee's training, inspired by his films. It covers Lee's life from his childhood in Hong Kong to his rise to fame in Hollywood, focusing on Jeet Kune Do.
This is not an official diary, but an adaptation with over 100 black and white photographs (many then "unpublished" from Asian archives), illustrated with comic scenes and textual descriptions of the exercises.

The release was part of Lee's posthumous popularity wave, popular with 80s South-teen kids – many saw the details of his diet and exercise regime here for the first time.
