Istoimeni debitantski album iz 2010. godine, „Heljareyga“, projekat je Herija Joensena, frontmena benda Týr. Izdanje donosi snažnu mešavinu progresivnog folka i folk metala sa nezaboravnim farsičnim vokalnim deonicama.

Objavio ga je 2010. godine izdavačka kuća Tutl, istoimeni album Heljareig predstavlja izuzetno autorsko delo Heri Joensena, poznatog osnivača i pevača renomirane metal grupe Tyr. Ovaj sporedni projekat je nastao iz Joensenove želje da istraži složenije, progresivnije i brze muzičke strukture unutar žanra folk metala, dok je ostao duboko ukorenjen u farks jeziku i tradiciji.

Album sadrži pet obimnih, tehnički izuzetno dobro razrađenih pesama koje kombinuju žestoke linije gitarskog hora, brz ritam i prepoznatljive polifone vokalne aranžmane. Lirski tematski okvir crpi inspiraciju iz severnog folklora i mitologije, pružajući autentičnu atmosferu Farskih ostrva. Uz Joensena, muzičku postavu čine vešti muzičari Isak Petersen (bas gitara), Ken Nonklett (gitara) i Amund Haugen (bubnjevi), koji zajedno stvaraju dinamičan i slojevit zvuk.
