The ˝Bijela knjiga˝ was published for the first time in a book edition. It is a historical document created by the CK SKH Information and Propaganda Center in 1984.
The document was commissioned by a member of the Presidency of the CC SKH Stipe Šuvar, and in the original it was called ``About some ideological and political tendencies in artistic creation, literary, theater and film criticism, and about the public statements of a number of cultural creators that contain unacceptable messages''.
