The book deals with the legal regulation of labor and social security within the framework of the then self-managing socialism, which means that it combines classical labor law institutes with the specificities of the Yugoslav social system. The book connects legal regulations with self-managing principles, which was a specific feature of the Yugoslav legal system — a combination of socialist legislation and participatory management.
