Namera ovog teksta je da posmatra i zabeleži život i rad pomorskih inženjera i tehničara, pripadnika Mornarice, koji su se našli usred turbulentnih političkih previranja početkom devedesetih godina prošlog veka u Hrvatskoj.

Imena likova, institucija ili kompanija su izmišljena iz praktičnih razloga, osim onih koja su opštepoznata - javna, što ne umanjuje realnost opisanog događaja. Drugi protagonisti su pisali i govorili o nekim od ovih događaja, na svoj način, pozivali se na njih, gradili svoje karijere, pa je ovaj tekst samo još jedan doprinos čitaocu za sopstveni sud o proteklom periodu.
