Neither fame nor money brings happiness. Gigi has youth, intelligence, and beauty. Her father is a famous film producer, and her stepmother, at least briefly, is one of the richest women in the world.
Gigi should be happy, and yet she isn't. Like so many other high society women like her around her. Women who, rich and powerful, still fail to find their happiness. Because they are surrounded by lovers who, regardless of their age and profession, cannot awaken true passion in them and break the golden cage of their loneliness. Gigi is no different. And yet she manages to mature through these unhappy, selfish relationships. And understand what she lost long ago, when happiness passed her by and only grazed her.
