Eric Metaxas

He is a successful American author who became world famous after his book Bonhoeffer: Pastor, Martyr, Prophet, Spy became a #1 New York Times bestseller. His books have been translated into more than 20 languages. He graduated in English language and literature at Yale and then published humorous stories in the New York Times and the Atlantic. He has written more than 30 children's books, including the bestsellers Squanto and the Thanksgiving Miracle and Bedtime, Baby. Metaxas shares the experiences of his spiritual journey with thousands of people at prayer meetings. He is the founder and host of the TV series Socrates in the City, in which we discuss "life, God and other 'unimportant' topics". He lives and works in New York.
