Muhamed Abdagić
Muhamed Abdagić (Sjenica, 1916 – Novi Pazar, 1991) Bosniak writer.
He participated in NOR, but he constantly came into conflict with the Party due to opposing the so-called summary trials. In 1948, he was sentenced to ten years in prison for rebellion, which he did not serve in full. He was one of the few Sandžak and Bosniak intellectuals, politicians and writers in general who had the courage to lead a quixotic fight in the communist system against the then regime, from whom he persistently demanded that his people get an equal status with the other five nations.
