Tigrovi za crvena vremena

Tigrovi za crvena vremena

Liza Klaussmann

The novel "Tigers for Red Times", the debut novel by Liza Klaussmann, is set in the post-World War II period and follows two cousins, Nick and Helena, who grow up on the family estate, Tiger House, on Martha's Vineyard.

Nick and Helena grew up together on the grand old family estate, Tiger House. On the threshold of "real life," Helena is about to embark on Hollywood and marriage, while Nick is about to reunite with his young husband, Hughes, who has returned from the war. But cracks soon begin to appear in this idyll... Helen's husband is not what he seemed, and Hughes has returned from the war aloof and cold. Nick and Helena - with their children, Daisy and Ed - try to regain the sense of unlimited possibilities before them. But when Daisy and Ed discover the victim of a brutal murder, everything begins to fall apart. Family members fall out of their usual orbits, secrets come to the surface, and nothing in their lives will ever be the same again.
