Leptirov efekt

Leptirov efekt

Jussi Adler-Olsen

In the bilge of corruption and serious crime that reaches all the way to the world of high politics and finance, there are no rules of the game and human life is worth nothing. Is the stake for Sector Q too big this time?

Fifteen-year-old Marco spent his entire childhood in a Roma gang ruled autocratically by his uncle Zola, forcing all children into slave labor and crime. After learning that his uncle intends to mutilate him in order to increase his income from begging and better control him, Marco does the unthinkable - escapes from the gang and accidentally learns a gruesome secret that Zola wants to prevent from being revealed at all costs. But what Marco doesn't know is that it's not just the clan that wants him dead. However, this is very clear to Carl, Assad and Rose, who become more and more entangled in the case and in the network of the Copenhagen underground.
