Ratnici iz staroga i srednjega vijeka - Srednjovjekovni vitezovi
Medieval knights were the elite warriors of Europe, known for their courage, military skill and strict honor. Knights wore heavy armor, rode on horses and used weapons such as swords, spears and shields.
Becoming a knight required a long training that started in childhood. Young men first served as a page, then as a squire, before finally being knighted through a ceremony known as dubbing. Knights followed a code of conduct known as the Knight's Code of Honor, which emphasized values such as courage, loyalty, honesty, and protection of the weak.
Knights often participated in crusades and other military campaigns, and also played an important role in the feudal system, serving their lords and protecting their estates.
