Velike tajne arheologije - Anasazi, misteriozni nestanak američkih indijanaca
When the first hidden settlements were found under the cliffs of the canyon, scientists and ordinary lovers found themselves in front of an incredible puzzle.
It was not only a matter of reconstructing the history of those localities, but of the entire people, whose origins, habits, customs and very name were unknown and which seemed to have mysteriously disappeared at the end of the 13th century.
Richard Wetherhill was an ordinary cowboy who, by chance, while driving herds to pasture, discovered the first settlements of the Anasazis. An unusual discovery fundamentally changed his life and the lives of his family members. Having turned into amateur archaeologists, these happy herdsmen dedicated themselves to researching the settlements and handicrafts of an ancient forgotten people and were irreplaceable leaders of the first scientific expeditions that ventured into the canyons.
