Život nastaje iz života
In the book, Swami Prabhupada challenges the materialistic scientific claim that life is the product of chemical processes. The work is a critique of materialism and a call to spiritual awakening and thinking beyond the framework of modern scientific dete
The work is based on transcripts of conversations between Prabhupada and his disciples – often scientists – in which the author, from the perspective of Vedic wisdom, advocates the view that the conscious soul is the basis of life, not matter.
Prabhupada argues that science cannot create life from inanimate matter, because the true cause of life is not biochemistry, but a spiritual spark – the soul (atma). He condemns the "superstition" of modern science that denies the existence of the soul and God, and warns that such a view leads to the spiritual and moral decline of humanity.
Through simple but profound examples, Prabhupada argues that consciousness is evidence of the existence of the soul, and that every living being is a spiritual being in a material body. He emphasizes that the only true progress is that which leads to God (Krishna), and not that which serves bodily pleasures and illusions.
