Ibrahim Kajan rođen je 1944. u Mostaru. Prvu zbirku pjesama objavio je 1967 u Sarajevu. ovo mu je druga zbirka pjesama, za koju je dobio i nagradu "A. B. Šimić" za 1973. godinu.
