Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method, destination and weight of the shipment. Depending on the destination and weight, the system offers the customer appropriate delivery methods during order creation. The customer chooses one of the offered delivery methods. The system automatically calculates the shipping costs.

Croatia, EU

Sending packages by GLS delivery service

This option is available for orders with a maximum weight of up to 30 kg for delivery in Croatia, or up to 40 kg for delivery to other EU countries.

• The ability to track the package is provided by the delivery service. Usual transit time to Croatia: 1-3 working days. Transit time for other countries: depending on the destination.
• Shipping costs in Croatia: 4.00 €
  • For ordered items with a value of 30.00 € and more, delivery on the territory of Croatia is free of charge.
• Shipping costs for other countries: depending on the destination and the weight of the shipment. The system automatically calculates and displays shipping costs during the ordering process.

Sending packages by Paket 24 delivery service

This option is available for orders with a maximum weight of up to 30 kg for delivery in Croatia.

• The ability to track the package is provided by the delivery service. Usual transit time to Croatia: 1-3 working days.
• Shipping costs in Croatia: depending on the weight of the shipment 3.14 - 6.10 €. The system automatically calculates and displays shipping costs during the ordering process.
  • For ordered items with a value of 30.00 € and more, delivery on the territory of Croatia is free of charge.

Sending by post in the form of stationery / printed matter

This option is available for delivery in Croatia, for orders with a total weight of up to 2 kg and dimensions not larger than A4 format.

• There is no possibility of tracking. Usual transit time: 2-7 business days.
• Shipping costs depending on the weight of the shipment:
