Again and again, the author perceives his role as a poet as a mission, as an inevitable task of the bearer of the word, which must warn the reader, man, and even entire nations of the impending doom.
The sharpening of the feeling for the correctness of moral thought is observed in Medvidović's poetry as a solid and universal category superior to the transience of man's brief historical moment.
