Formed as a documentary monograph on the written resistance of Croatian culture against Serbian aggression in 1991/92, the book is a collage of three types of texts of Croatian war letters: 1. appeals sent to the world by various societies, institutions and individuals, 2. statements of Croatian and international intellectuals , 3. songs directly inspired by war events.
