Albrecht Dürer, German painter, sculptor and mathematician. He is one of the greatest representatives of the Renaissance. He studied drawing in the workshop of the Nuremberg painter M. Wolgemot, where he stayed for four years, and in 1495 he went to Italy for the first time and copied Italian masters.
