Albreht Direr, nemački slikar, vajar i matematičar. Jedan je od najvećih predstavnika renesanse. Crtanje je učio u radionici nirnberškog slikara M. Volgemota, gde je ostao četiri godine, a 1495. prvi put odlazi u Italiju i kopira italijanske majstore.
