Ljepote hrvatskoga Jadrana

Ljepote hrvatskoga Jadrana

Dario Žagar, Neven Šerić

Croatia is adorned with more than a thousand islands, islets and reefs. Leading foreign tourist media have a reason to advertise it as the "undiscovered pearl of the Mediterranean" and a destination that is definitely worth visiting.

On more than 400 pages, with the help of excellent photographs by Dario Žagar and text by Neven Šerić, readers will be introduced to the priceless treasure that stretches from Istria to Konavle. The book is divided into five sections - Istria, Kvarner, Northern Dalmatia, Central Dalmatia and Southern Dalmatia. After the introductory part about each individual region, there is an introduction to the regional center (Pula, Rijeka, Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik). This is followed by a presentation of smaller towns from north to south. All the major tourist destinations on the eastern Adriatic coast are covered. But also some lesser-known destinations (a total of 64 locations between Savudrija and Prevlaka are covered in the book). All major urban centers, almost all major islands, all national parks and nature parks in the area of Primorje-Gorski Kotar, as well as all monuments on the UNESCO World Heritage List, are represented.
