Zakon o vlasništvu i drugim stvarnim pravima; Zakon o zemljišnim knjigama
Every natural and legal person may be the holder of ownership rights, as well as other real rights: easement rights, real burden rights, construction rights and liens on everything that may be the object of these rights, unless otherwise provided by law.
The work deals with the basic institutes of ownership and other real rights (such as easements, liens, building rights), explaining their legal nature, method of acquisition, protection and termination. The author systematically interprets legal provisions, often with examples from case law, which facilitates the understanding and application of the law in practice. The second part is dedicated to land registers, i.e. the system of public records of real estate. The principles of land register law (publicity, trust, priority), procedures for registering rights and the importance of land registers for legal certainty in real estate transactions are explained. The book is intended for law students, lawyers and everyone involved in real estate, as it provides a clear and systematic insight into one of the most important areas of civil law, with an emphasis on the practical application of the law.
