Tarzan i njegove životinje

Tarzan i njegove životinje

Edgar Rice Burroughs

In the third novel in the series, Tarzan faces one of his toughest challenges yet. His archenemy Nikolas Rokoff reappears, this time with a terrifying plan - to kidnap Tarzan's wife Jane and their son Jack, in order to exact revenge.

Tarzan is trapped on a remote island with no way to escape. But he wouldn't be the master of the jungle if he didn't know how to navigate. There, he befriends a variety of animals—the wild panther Sheetah, apes, and the gorilla Akuta—who soon become his allies in a rescue mission. With this unlikely band of allies, Tarzan manages to escape the island and return to the African mainland.

With the help of his "beasts," Tarzan tracks Rokoff through the dangerous jungle. Through a series of adventures, ambushes, and battles, he uses his resourcefulness, strength, and connection to nature to find his family and exact revenge. The novel culminates in a showdown with Rokoff and an eventual reunion with his loved ones.

The novel strongly emphasizes the themes of man's connection to nature, the friendship between man and animals, and the triumph of good over evil. Tarzan's "beasts" symbolize loyalty and raw strength that, when guided by justice, becomes a force for good.
