Tekst je jasan, sažet, uz obilje kronoloških okvira, karata, rekonstrukcija i fotografija fosila/artefakata. Cilj je popularizirati znanost o podrijetlu svijeta i čovječanstva, s naglaskom na ključne događaje i promjene.
