This book is intended for all those who want to discover their "self" with the help of massage. By this term we mean not only our own physical identity, but also our own mind and our own spirit, our own feelings and imagination. Each body speaks through posture, muscle tension, sore spots... In order to find the right answer to these phenomena, it is primarily necessary to find the key to the contact of our being with the body of another person; thus, the relationship between the masseur and the person being massaged becomes mutually beneficial - an "energetic dialogue." This book describes various techniques to help you discover the pleasure of massage, the pleasure of giving and receiving, the pleasure of getting to know others and yourself, in other words the pleasure of touch.
