Masaža: put do zdravlja i užitka

Masaža: put do zdravlja i užitka

Rossana Sonato

Man is a psychosomatic entity and his body cannot be observed without an emotional one.

This book is intended for all those who want to discover their "self" with the help of massage. By this term we mean not only our own physical identity, but also our own mind and our own spirit, our own feelings and imagination. Each body speaks through posture, muscle tension, sore spots... In order to find the right answer to these phenomena, it is primarily necessary to find the key to the contact of our being with the body of another person; thus, the relationship between the masseur and the person being massaged becomes mutually beneficial - an "energetic dialogue." This book describes various techniques to help you discover the pleasure of massage, the pleasure of giving and receiving, the pleasure of getting to know others and yourself, in other words the pleasure of touch. Communication by touch has almost completely disappeared nowadays; it is realized only between mother and child (and we know how important this is for little ones) and between couples. Communication by touch has enormous emotional and sexual implications. Our proposal is to go further... to overcome all obstacles, to fully use and enjoy the great power that man holds in his hands. Massage can be a basic therapy or a supplement to other therapies for a large number of diseases.
