The author of this book, Dr. med. Gerald G Jampolsky, a psychiatrist and psychotherapist at the University of San Francisco Medical Center, tries to explain in his own way how to forgive insults, especially if they inflicted painful wounds on our soul.
It explains how we can get rid of guilt, fears and dissatisfaction with the help of God's light. It reveals the key to fundamental, positive change in our lives: forgiveness. In fourteen lessons, in the second part of the book, he provides plenty of encouragement and instructions on how to "learn" the art of forgiving ourselves and others and thus surrender to the flow of love.
