In his book Radovan Karadžić – The Causes, Origins and Rise of Genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina, historian Robert J. Through a biographical framework, he shows how ideological nationalism, fear and political manipulation led to war and genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Donia explores Karadžić's formation in socialist Yugoslavia, his rise as a political leader of the Bosnian Serbs and the process of creating the self-proclaimed Republika Srpska.
