Suvremeni čovjek i Biblija

Suvremeni čovjek i Biblija

Hans Heinz

The book "Modern Man and the Bible" by Hans Heinz analyzes the challenges of modern society and calls for a return to the Bible as a source of guidance for dealing with these challenges.

The author points out that until the middle of the 20th century, humanity lived in a euphoria of progress, but it soon became clear that unlimited progress could pose a threat to human existence. Irresponsible attitude towards natural resources and the environment has led to dangers that can result in disasters of global proportions. Heinz calls for a return to the Creator and His Word as the solution to these problems. The book was first published in 1971, and has seen several editions, including the tenth edition in 2016.
