Umjetnost u slici

Slavko Batušić’s Umjetnost u slici is an extensive illustrated survey tracing the development of the visual arts from their earliest periods to the twentieth century. Architecture, sculpture and painting are presented chronologically, with explanations of the characteristics of successive periods and changes in artistic expression.

A distinctive feature is the parallel treatment of world and Croatian art.
