Silvija Abramović

Silvija Abramović is a Croatian artist and poet known for her work in the field of contemporary art and poetry. As a student of the Art Academy in Split, she participated in the cycle of one-day exhibitions "Tuesdays in the Gallery – Fast Forward", where she presented the work "Light in Memory". This installation explores the perception of light, using wooden structures, glass-plastic canvases and two-channel video projection.

As a poet, Abramović published a collection of poetry entitled "Smotana vizija spandale" in 2000, published by Matica Hrvatska.

Her works are characterized by an exploration of light and perception, often using contemporary technologies and materials to manipulate the viewer's perception. By combining visual art and poetry, Abramović creates unique artistic experiences that encourage reflection on the nature of light and perception.
