Ethan puts his heart and a lot of money into buying the perfect gift for his loved one. Gary, on the other hand, considers buying gifts a “necessary evil” and would rather spend all the money on himself. Both of them decide on the famous jewelry store Tiffany's, but when they go out on the street, completely different gifts are hidden in the bags. Fate brings them together through a series of confusions and substitutions, and the troubles arising from that situation will stir many passions and call into question important life decisions.
