Trenutak uzdaha

Anna Philipe, supruga čuvenoga glumca - pokojnog Gerarda Philipa o kojem je riječ u Trenutku uzdaha - izbila je svojim prvim romanom u prvi red francuskih spisateljica.

Autoritativni M. Nadeau nazvao je njezinu prozu "neprolaznom", a jedna kritičarka: "najboljim ljubavnim romanom naših dana". Tako se rodio francuski bestseler sezone 1963/64, zahvaljujući autorici na koju prije toga nitko nije ozbiljnije računao, jer niti njezini članci o Kubi, niti putopis Azijske karavane od Sing-Kianga do Kašmira, ni nekoliko etnografskih filmova nisu svojom prosječnom vrijednošću najavili pojavu takve izuzetne, čiste i poetski uzbudljive proze kao što je Trenutak uzdaha.
