The novel Gluvi barut is a story about a Serbian village high in the Bosnian mountains. The inhabitants of this village, in the middle of the turmoil of war, found themselves under the attack of two ideologies: Chetniks and Partisans. The main representatives of these ideologies are the partisan commissar Španac and former royal officer Radekić.
