Herlock Sholmes-Majstor maske / knjiga 1

Herlock Sholmes-Majstor maske / knjiga 1

Zvonimir Furtinger

The series is based on the caricature transposition of Sir Conan Doyle's famous character, Sherlock Holmes, as well as his loyal assistant Doctor John Hamish Watson into all-time comic book heroes, symbols of all detectives and their assistants.

In Furtinger's screenplay, which was wholeheartedly supported by Jules Radilović, as well as his wife Zdenka, the comic took on the characteristics of a crime comedy full of intriguing plots and vicissitudes, the cause of which is equally the dynamics of the detective work, as well as the confusion that Holmes's incredible gift for disguise brings to the characters . Due to the skillful management of the often frenetic action, the successful caricature portrayal of the protagonist and the slightly psychedelic coloring that completes the general humorous impression of the comic, the series about Sherlock Holmes/Herlock Sholmes undoubtedly represents one of the creative peaks of the Radilović-Furtinger duo.
