Narodni liječnik

Narodni liječnik

Alfred Vogel

The book covers the field of medicinal plants and various instructions for natural treatment. In that book, there are also precious instructions for a healthy life, therefore, advice for a healthy person and for a sick person.

What kind of age can a person live to today? This is one of the basic thoughts of this extensive book "The Folk Doctor", by the Swiss folk doctor Alfred Vogel. How should a person live to reach old age healthy and active? Dr. Vogel thinks that, perhaps, we would be able to answer that much more easily if we had the opportunity to observe life outside of ourselves. Then we would surely wonder how man can withstand the continuous efforts to which he is subjected everywhere today. How long will man - without consequences for his health - be able to endure the heavy physical and mental efforts that civilization inexorably imposes.
