Sve u svemu, može se reći da su ukupna politička zbivanja u Srbiji u razdoblju 1996-2000. odlučio da će ova rasprava na kraju poprimiti oblik povijesti promišljanja relevantnih za izgradnju demokratske ustavne države, kroz tri različita oblika suprotstavljanja aktualnim - nekima tiranskim, nekima ustavno konstituiranim - vlastima, tj. korištenjem prava na otpor tiraniji , revolucija i građanski neposluh."
