Lectures for economics students.
This textbook represents a novelty in the teaching of legal subjects at economic schools and faculties in Croatia. It consists of 12 thematic units that cover the basic legal framework in which business is conducted in Croatia. Knowing this framework is necessary for understanding the practical situations that young economists and managers will face in their workplaces.
Everyone who will read this textbook will become familiar with certain basic terms and institutes from selected legal branches. Knowledge of the basics of mandatory law is the basis not only for understanding various commercial transactions (such as sales, loans, credits, leases, licenses, etc.) but also serves as useful knowledge for future economic experts and managers to better navigate business negotiations and contract signing.
