Kroz dveri snova

Kroz dveri snova

Howard Phillips Lovecraft

The stories included in this collection were written in the period between 1920 and 1933. It is assumed that the writer found inspiration for them in his own nightmares.

A collection of short eerie stories, which make up a good part of Lovecraft's Dream Cycle, will take you through impressive visions of horror on a journey into his favorite part of the subconscious - nightmares. Because sometimes a dream stops being just a dream; sometimes it is a passage into another, completely real world.

Passing through the doors of dreams, his characters enter the space of the beyond, uncanny and incomprehensible to the human mind, and the price of knowledge is often madness or death. Although the author did not have a large audience during his lifetime, he later gained cult status and exerted a strong influence on fantasy and horror writers.
