Rat u transformaciji

Rat u transformaciji

Milan Galović

With the support of scientific and technical discoveries and global economic and media connections, wars have grown into planetary events.

According to many of its characteristics, wars have entered a period that is being called the technological era or, more correctly, the world of the domination of scientific and technical goals. This is a period when militarism is resurfacing in civil societies, when the warrior ethos is being renewed and nurtured and the military mentality is developing, while at the same time, theoretically, peace is once again interpreted as a temporary state between two wars or, in the radical ballistic version, as a continuation of war by other means.
