Kršćani na drugi način
This book presents the origins and activities of the most important Christian Churches and religious communities on our soil.
The main theme of the book is ecumenism – an attempt to better understand and bring different Christian Churches closer together. Kolarić describes the history, beliefs and spirituality of Eastern Christians, Orthodox, Protestant and other Christian groups, as well as new religious movements. The author emphasizes that differences between Christians are often historical and cultural, and not necessarily fundamental in faith. Therefore, he calls for dialogue, tolerance and mutual respect between Churches. He places special emphasis on the fact that Christian unity is not achieved by eliminating differences, but by understanding and jointly seeking what unites all Christians – faith in Christ. In conclusion, the book promotes the idea that “Christians in a different way” are not adversaries, but part of the wider Christian family, and that ecumenism is an important path towards unity and peace among Christians.
