Prva strip monografija u bivšoj Jugoslaviji, objavljena u Puli 1984. godine, a izdavač je bila "Istarska naklada", čiji je glavni urednik Aldo Kliman

Monografija o kojoj je reč nosi naziv „Hrvatski posleratni strip”, a njen tiraž je, čak i za ono vreme, bio fantastičan – pet hiljada primeraka.

Monografija ne pokušava hijerarhijski vrednovati radove hrvatskih strip crtača, već prikazati različite tematske i stilske domete prisutne u njihovom stvaralaštvu, kao i razvoj stripa u Hrvatskoj.

Autor monografije je Veljko Krulčić, strip publicista, rođen 1962. godine u Puli. Za likovnu opremu i dizajn monografije bio je zadužen lokalni Studio za vizuelne komunikacije, odnosno dizajner Armando Debeljuh.
