Teritorijalna prava je roman škotske spisateljice Muriel Spark objavljen 1979. godine.

«Teritorijalna prava» je roman koji se, kako se i pristoji Britancima, događa u Veneciji (sam je Shakespeare svoje tragične ljubavnike smjestio u Veronu jer nije mogao čekati da i Britanci razviju takav romantični temperament kakav imaju Talijani). U središtu radnje su student Robert Leaver, njegovi otuđeni roditelji Arnold i Anthea, Arnoldova ljubavnica Mary Tiller, dežurna smetala Grace Gregory i njezin pratitelj Talijan Leo, disidentica iz Bugarske imenom Lina Pancev i dvije dame – voditeljice pansiona Sofija.
