Priča o svemiru

Priča o svemiru

Giancarlo Masini

A popularly written overview of the evolution of the universe and life on Earth, with many outstanding photographs and illustrations.

In this book we seek both the origin of our world and the laws that govern it. To understand these laws, we have to go back to the beginning. We will peek into the secrets of newly created matter and antimatter. With our powerful radio telescopes, we will reach distant stars, not forgetting the microstructure of atoms. We will also enter the core of the Sun to know all its fire, brightness and when it will go out. We will listen to the stories of crystals, which will lead us to the Earth, that tiny grain of dust in relation to the universe. We will see how continents and ocean valleys were formed, we will look for fossils, which will reveal the origin of life. We will look at the complex and exciting development of living beings - from the simplest to dinosaurs to humans. This is how we will enter the essence of creation, which has not been completed even to this day, and may never be completed. However, the rhythm of evolution continues in the Galaxy. Man on Earth has managed to dominate many natural laws. It can change and destroy, and even eradicate many living species. All these predictions can help us imagine what the world would look like in 1,000, 10,000 and 100,000 years. It also raises the question of whether the human race will still exist then. And what will people be like in 140,000 years. after our era. It is an exciting story, a novel about the universe and its creation.
