The evil stepmother ordered the huntsman to kill Snow White, because she couldn't bear to have someone in the kingdom more beautiful than the queen herself. The hunter didn't have the heart to do that, so he left her to wander in the forest. The girl reached the hut where seven dwarfs lived and found a new home there.
