Futura - Znanstvena fantastika & fantasy #2/1992

Joan D. Vinge, Vernon Vinge, C. M. Kornbluth, Terry Pratchett

Futura magazine was a Croatian magazine for speculative fiction, primarily for science fiction literature. The first issue of Futura was published in October 1992.

In the beginning, it published only foreign authors, but with the arrival of a new editor, Krsto A. Mažuranić, the editorial policy changed, and stories by local authors began to appear in almost every issue. This contributed to the development of a new generation of Croatian SF writers in the mid-90s, among whom Marina Jadrejčić, Tatjana Jambrišak, Darko Macan and Aleksandar Žiljak stood out. Futura was published until 2007, when it was discontinued without formal announcement.
